Okay, so I don’t love that this is mostly designed as a single stroller. Still, it has the capability to become a double stroller and a not half-bad one at that. You do have to purchase the second Pivot Xpand toddler seat to make this a double stroller with two seats. If you have or purchase a car seat, you can use the car seat as one of the seats and turn it into a travel system/double stroller combo.
The nice part is that you don’t need any tools or extra pieces to configure the seats. In fact, easy configuration of the sliding seat attachment at the top and the bottom seat attachment is one of the praises of this product.

The lower basket can be expanded to be almost 2 feet long! The front access and extra space really come in handy with multiple kids. THat’s just about all the storage though, with only a single drink holder attachment for parents and nothing for the kids.
The seats themselves are good, with a huge 55-pound weight limit, which is pretty high. Each seat has 3 recline positions and 5 levels of footrest adjustability. Each seat has a normal-sized canopy with a peek-a-boo window. Beware the straps, though, as they are difficult to use and buckle at times.
The adjustable handle and lovely lower brakes are nice features. The big, cruiser-style tires make maneuvering this beast a breeze, and the rear tires have good suspension. Like all double strollers, this can be difficult to handle with both kids and a bunch of stuff weighing it down.

Functionality
The highlight of this Graco double stroller is the rear-facing baby or toddler seat. This Face Time seat sits up high so that you can see and interact with your baby. Most sit-and-stand strollers don’t have that option. You can also remove this rear seat to access the bench seat, so it’s totally customizable for your exact situation.
As for the front seat, it can recline totally flat. It can also accept a Graco Click Connect infant car seat. It also has its own canopy and its own snack tray.
